The SWCCC program strives to provide each child with a safe, healthy, stimulating and caring early learning environment. Activities and routines are designed around children’s interests and developmental needs. A child’s growth in the areas of social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development is greatly enhanced when caregivers, parents, and schools work together to support each child’s developmental journey.
